The main goal of the event was to showcase how UVE is applying Artificial Intelligence in a real and effective way to tackle key commercial challenges within the fragmented channel. Throughout the day, attendees explored UVE’s latest solutions and discovered the full ecosystem of AI algorithms and agents behind Viktoria — UVE’s proprietary artificial intelligence — with tangible cases that demonstrated its direct impact on sales, efficiency, and commercial execution.

2. Viktoria: The AI Transforming the Route to Market
Pep Planas, General Manager at UVE, offered a strategic perspective on how AI is evolving and how it underpins UVE’s ecosystem of solutions. He introduced Viktoria — the AI engine developed by UVE — and explained how its various algorithms and intelligent agents are transforming commercial processes for manufacturers and distributors, from sales prediction to action recommendations.
