As Frontend Team Leader, integrated into the Cloud team, your mission will be to define the frontend architecture of the back office, develop new functionalities, enhance and maintain existing ones to achieve the product area’s objectives, ensuring the stability and growth of the UVE Platform. Additionally, you will manage an already established Scrum team of 6-8 individuals.
Minimum of 7-8 years of experience as a Frontend Developer and at least 2 years leading teams
Expertise in Javascript/Typescript/Angular/CSS
Ability to define scalable, responsive, and robust frontend architectures
Ability to understand and participate in UX/UI design, grasping the needs of business users
Management of deliverables, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality
Leadership skills, team and personnel management (one-on-ones, performance review)
Experience in CI/CD (knowledge of Bitbucket pipelines or Azure DevOps will be appreciated)
Experience with GIT (Gitflow)
Experience managing requirements with Jira
Experience developing with agile methodologies (Scrum)
